Andrea came over to teach the boys how to make papusas. They were loving getting their hands right in the dough, boogery fingers and all (I separated any kid dough from that the adults were going to eat).
The finished product went well with Tuscan bean soup and salad. Wish Andrea was around to help us cook every night...
