Chase is happy that he has a new neighbor in town. He had his new friend over for some trampoline time.

This shows a video of Chase walking. He has been at it for a while now but I realize that I have not posting anything about this new form of transportation on the blog.

Beebo

Chase has found his beebo (translation = bellybutton; its from a Sandra Boynton book). His new favorite thing is to look for his, or anyone else's, beebo. Sometimes it can be embarrassing when he lifts my shirt in public!

We brought Chase to a wedding in CO last weekend but pretty much forgot to take any pictures. Here are some from our time in the Chalk Creek Hot Springs. It was pretty awesome!

Fair Sara

One of our best friends in the world came to visit this week. She is so great with Chase and he thinks everything she does is hilarious. Today, we took Chase to the Addison County Fair and Field Days. He is getting good at judging chickens.

The ride home was so funny. Sara kept plugging the car charger into her ear!

Boy Bonding

The boys played great together though it is still interesting to see how much babies change/grow in 4 months. Ryan definitely spent some time studying Chase.

Luckily, Scott and Steph took many more pics of the weekend which they were willing to share. The following pics were from the afternoon when Chase and Ryan entertained themselves. They were intrigued by Chase's shoes, eating grass, and playing with a big red ball.

Gurtman Visit

Chase was psyched to have a visit from Uncle Scott, Aunt Steph and his Cousin Ryan this weekend. Unfortunately, I did not take enough pics. It was too interesting to watch the action in real time.

It is neat to see how these two brothers created these two boys...

These are some super-cute pics that our babysitter, Steph, took the last time that she stayed with Chase. When she took a walk in the 'hood, she found his friends Bella and Nico and stopped for an impromptu swim date. She is really great with the camera and can always catch Chase's mood.

Camping!

We went camping for the first time with Chase this weekend. It was fun....and hectic!

He slept great during his nap with the Pack N Play all set up in the tent. And, he went to bed so easily at 7pm. But, when we all joined him at 10:30, he was up and ready to go. He kept pointing to things and chasing the dogs around the tent. I think that he could not believe that we were all going to sleep together in such a small place. Unfortunately, he kept some of the neighboring campers awake and I had to bribe them with cookies in the morning.

The playground and his friends, Livi & Audrey, kept Chase happy and busy all day and night.
