Sicky

Poor Chase has a little cold. I will try to catch some video of his snot explosions this week. Yuck.

Turkey'd Out

Chase seems to have put on some weight over the holiday. Check out that chin and cheeks! And, Dave is convinced that he has fat feet...

Black Friday

Two great things happened on Black Friday: Cousin Robin came to visit and Aunt Anna sent a cool hat.

Eating Everything

Chase tried "solids" for the first time for his Thanksgiving meal. After that, he wanted to eat everything including...

his car...

his dad/thumb....

And his mom.

Chase Loves Friends

Pacifier Problems

When you are 4 and 1/2 months old, you are just mastering getting that pacifier back to your mouth. Sometimes, it is hard to bother getting it in right-side-up.

Vermont Grown

It is fun to introduce Chase the beautiful places that we love in Vermont. We are so lucky to raise him here. Today, we toured Shelburne Farms and took advantage of one of the last mild days before winter.

Fun, Fun, Fun

Chase just learned how to blow bubbles and now he does it all the time.

Eat the Bear

Rainy Days

Chase woke up bright and early on Saturday - 6am. He does not seem to get that weekends are for sleeping. Instead, he played with his new puppet. Dave thought that he would like a puppet but the dogs found it and seemed to like it better. Now, the polar bear is brown/grey and smells like dog breath.

We got Chase this jumper to try to tire him out in the hopes that he sleeps longer tomorrow morning.

City Life

Check out the awesome stairways in J & M's apartment. We had such an amazing visit.

The best part was that, for some crazy reason, Michelle offered to take Chase when he wound up wide awake at 5a.m. She and Sarma entertained him until he past out in bed with them. We got to sleep till 9 o'clock for the first time in four months. That was the best gift anyone could give.

Hanging in the Dirty Jers

So many new faces.... Chase met his Uncle Bella

His Auntie Michelle

His Uncle Sarma

His great Aunt Pam and great Uncle Story

And, his great, great Uncle Jack and great, great Aunt Frannie

We spent the weekend in NJ and NY cause we went down to celebrate Chase's new cousin's birth. Chase spent time on the floor and on his little chair while the adults caught up.

Becoming Big

Chase is growing like a weed. He can now turn over (without his grandma's help), deal with his own pacifier and smile at the dogs. It would be great if he could next learn how to master sleeping through the night and changing his own diapers.

Chase feels like Maggie Simpson in this outfit.
