We all got up early on Chase's fourth birthday. I needed to frost the cupcakes (pink cake with purple frosting) in order to take a couple on our big adventure. Chase's request for his special day was to go DEEP SEA FISHING!
We headed out in pursuit of flounder or striped bass but mostly ended up with scup.
I got two at once with Chase's "lucky rod".
Chase brought up the baby-est sea robin.
And, then the boys ate pink and purple cupcakes as they watched Captain Charlie filet the fish for dinner.
