JP

The festivities continued when we got home...first, Jon and Chase took turns walking Isis on a leash.

Then, Chase played baseball while Baby Max ate leaves.

Next, we hung out with Poppy.

Until it was time to go to bed! (After the kids were asleep, the real party got started with steak tips, shrimp skewers and birthday cupcakes!)

Anna's Bday

We started off the birthday celebrations with a walk down Center Street in JP.

The birthday girl!

Chase sipped a smoothie and watched Max show off with Uncle Jon.

Tennis!

Chase has started tennis lessons. We spend a lot of time practicing in our kitchen. He loves all things ball-related. It is also great that he accepts playing with an imaginary ball. Saves our house

Playground time!

Chase tackled the big slide at the big playground. Major accomplishment!

He's obviously feeling very proud of himself, hence the ridiculous smile.

Max just chills on his favorite ride - the baby swing.

I am taking the boys on my first solo road trip tonight to visit Uncle Jon and Aunt Anna while Dave is at a bachelor party. The boys are generally a mess in the car but I figure 3.5 hrs is not tooooo long.

The boys checked out ECHO while I went to a lunch with a friend. I do not think Chase saw more than two exhibits because he get so intent on each thing. We are always wondering what is going on in that little head of his.

Rainy Day

Chase and I spent some time fishing off the front porch on this rainy Saturday. It was actually really fun. That little rod casts well.

Max just chilled indoors where it was less chilly.

Hittin' the Slopes

Chase is ready to hit the slopes, whenever that may be. In the mean time, he is content just wearing his skis in the living room and hitting Baby Max.
