This is how my house looked this afternoon. I decided to prep veggies and start meals for eating during the week. I'm getting hungry again looking at these pics.
Cauliflower puree that we used as a base for pan seared rainbow trout (Chase is almost as interested in cooking and eating fish as he is into catching it).
Chocolate chip cookie pie to bring to a friend's house for dessert tomorrow.
Squash rings, broccoli and carrots to use for different recipes or sides.
And, lastly, banana muffins and lentil soup to bring for school/work lunches.
