Skating Progress

Look Ma - no crate!

Max spends so much time having to spectate at Chase's lessons.  Here he is with another little brother while watching Super Hero Training.  It's not all bad.

This is How We Travel

By foot and by car...these poor boys spend a lot of time in five point harnesses.

Rainbow Trouts in the House

Chase is not only into catching fish; he loves to eat it as well.  He has been super into rainbow trout because he likes to see them with their heads still on in the grocery store.

Here we fried up some fillets and served them with squash rings and pureed cauliflower.

Church Street - By Day

Another way that Church Street celebrates the holidays?  Small pony rides, of course!  We were the first ones in line for a thrilling adventure.

Church Street - Lit UP

On the night after Thanksgiving, there is a big event downtown for the tree lighting and holiday decorations.  We decided to get festive and check it out.

The rain drove us inside so we shared some ice cream at Ben & Jerrys.  Yum!  Just what we needed during the gluttony of the holiday season.

Swim Date

A couple of days ago, Chase and Steph had an evening swim date at the neighborhood pool.  I found these pics on the camera today.  Looks like they had a pretty good time.

More eating!

Just a little goofing around over breakfast....

Papas

We love you Papa.  Thanks for playing with us!

We love you Poppy.  Thanks for reading to us!

Post-eating walk

We had a nice afternoon walk after Thanksgiving.

Ryan and Chase loved playing together.

Turkey Trot

We all completed the Turkey Trot to help fend off the Thanksgiving pounds.  Chase ran a complete 1/4 mile.  Though he started at the front of the pack, he finished dead last!  Yay!

The adults were happy to finish a 5K.

Cousins!

The backyard is more fun when Ryan is around to play soccer and hockey and baseball with.

Louie enjoyed the beautiful day, too, and loved that Chase could throw him balls.
