M's First Haircut

I finally cut off Max's wispies. The end of baby hair!

Weekend Play

Max had fun playing with Sammy and eating rocks in her backyard!

Dentist

Chase did an awesome job at the dentist today. The best part? Our dentist's name is Dr. Chuck Buckwalter, which rolls of the tongue nicely. Chase's song goes, "Chuck Buck, Chuck Buck - WALTER! underwater, eating fish, with a mask on!".

ECHO, again

Though we've been to ECHO a lot of times, this is the first time that Max has been able to walk. Now, he gets to decide what interests him most. One thing that got a lot of our attention was this turtle exhibit.

Its hard to hold hands when you are both walking in different directions!

Passover

Chase joined the adults for at least a part of our annual Seder. It was so much fun - and even a bit silly due to our addition of plague masks this year.

Of course, the food was traditional and delicious.

And, while we did sing many of the "traditional" Seder songs, we kept up our tradition of letting Bob Marley lead us in Exodus.

Moving On

Our fourth Easter celebration was a brunch at Po's house. Yippee! An adult affair with Bloody Marys, delicious not-kid-friendly-food (like black-and-blue tuna), and great friends - what a nice way to end the egg-hunt egg-stravaganza!

A nice family walk in the afternoon topped off the day...until it was time for the Passover Seder.

Hunt #3

Next, we went to Sammy's house for another Easter celebration. This time, we arrived too late for the hunt which was fine by us. We were pretty egged-out.

Max posed well for the kids' photo.

And, both boys took their opportunities to be silly/goofy/grabby while the other kids and adults were distracted.
